Pursuant to Article 37, paragraph 1, line 1 and Article 38, paragraph 1 of AAARS Statute No. 130 / 12 from February 28th 2012, on a motion of Society of Accountants and Auditors East Sarajevo – Sokolac No. 04 /13 from February 25th 2013, Assembly of Association of Accountants and Auditors of Republic of Srpska at its first regular session held on February 27th 2013 in Banja Luka adopted
The Decision to appoint the member of Managing Board
Article 1
Motion of Society of Accountants and Auditors East Sarajevo – Sokolac to appoint Radivoje Mačar, Bachelor of Economics, Certified Accountant and Certified Auditor and a member of Society of Accountants and Auditors East Sarajevo – Sokolac, is accepted.
Article 2
The appointed will serve as a Board member for a term of four years with the possibility of re-election.
Article 3
The decison becomes valid on the day of adoption and will be published on the AAARS web site.
Explanation
Due to the passing of AAARS Managing Board member Novo Cicović, AAARS Assembly has accepted the Motion of Society of Accountants and Auditors East Sarajevo – Sokolac to appoint Radivoje Mačar, Bachelor of Economics, Certified Accountant and Certified Auditor and a member of Society of Accountants and Auditors East Sarajevo – Sokolac.
